Offering Direct-to-Substrate, Digital, Full-Color, and UV Printing
We utilize the latest in cutting-edge technology to print onto virtually any substrate, which eliminates the need for extra steps in the print production process. This translates to a more cost-effective approach and means additional cost savings for our clients.
Our flatbed printing conveyance is capable of printing directly onto a thick material on the table. From porous, to shiny, painted, rigid, flexible, smooth or textured we can print on most any surface. Not only is printing possible on pre-molded materials, but we can also print on finished products.
AcraPrint's high-resolution print capability at 1200 x 2400 dpi, our printers can reproduce the most intricate of images yielding the most stunning photographic detail. Our flexible flatbed printers can also handle small format - 600mm x 500mm - 23.6 inch x 19.68 inch, rigid or flexible substrates with up to 1.96 inch thickness. Our color processes include six-color CMYKLcLm plus white, using UV curable ink in seven colors – Y, M, C, K, Lm, Lc, and white.
